Love the experience at La Table de Thierry.  The Chef is an excellent host and the food is impeccable.  It&rsquo;s a must dine experience to get a true taste of the local flavor and hospitality.

A little jewel in the quiet centre of Clermont Ferrand. V&eacute;ronique - le chef - rains in the kitchen where everything is cooked from scratch in the house. She uses one waiter - a very nice receptive lady &mdash; and their team is formidable! We ate today a pumpkin crumble, salmon and blanket de veau with fresh pasta and for desert: cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e and drunk pear with salty caramel and black sesame ice-cream, To top up our experience today, we were offered a nice dry wine from&hellip; Auvergne and it was very goo with its gentle fruity notes. We spent for two with a 1/2 bottle of wine about &euro;45. Wholehearted commendations!

This restaurant is in a good location, just off the downtown square. His house has both outdoor places for drinking and chatting, and indoor places for eating. The interior decoration is quite elegant, and the outside of the house looks casual. The dishes taste very good, the amount is large, the basic pre-dinner can be eaten very well, and you should pay attention to not order more when ordering. The highlight of his home is that it is also open on Sunday, and it is a very good choice for France, which is rested on Sunday.
